Processing Times.Orders can sometimes take 2-3 days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it! Unexpected Delays.
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

It's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you do not love a product you receive, we will gladly issue a refund as long as the item is still in it's original packaging, unopened, unused and sent back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns that are damaged (including the packaging), soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
If you paid for your item by credit or debit card, then the amount paid for each item will be refunded directly onto your card - please note that this can take up to five days to appear in your account.
If you paid using PayPal, then the amount paid for each item will be refunded into your account in USD on the exchange rate of that day - please note that this can take up to five days to appear in your account.
Can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately, we don't offer an exchange service. We will simply issue you with a refund if you have paid with either a credit or debit card. You can then reorder another product.
